The center's training and education will partner with the Center for Research on Dryland Development (CRDD) and the Library and Extension Services by Marsabit County. The center will establish links to the official Kenya National Library Services. This will be activated after the library infrastructure is completed so KNLS can provide professional services and train librarians to run the community library. Through working committees with teachers for primary and secondary schools, the center will integrate youths into the education offered.
