GGF aims to integrate youth into traditional educational programs and provide in-service training for teachers from public schools and other social training organized by partner institutions. Additionally, it will serve as a field school for national and international college and university students. Using the library facilities, students will research topics of interest through participatory actions of the communities. Lastly, the library will supply free services to primary and secondary schools in the locality.
