Governance of GGF
The Foundation is governed by the Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) law for charitable causes and not-for-profit. The Foundation will be headed by a director assisted by six Board members and an executive secretary. At local levels, there will be a seven-member committee to implement activities. Representatives of women’s groups will be part of the management team. The director will oversee the governance, including fund-raising to run the programs and developing educational and learning programs. The executive secretary will manage funds, assist the director with general administration, and support the implementation of the planned educational and training activities. The director will also be responsible for the daily administration, developing the curriculum's educational content, and coordinating academic and learning activities. Three educational and training experts and a librarian will help the director. The librarian will provide free library services to the local schools and the public. Project activities will be monitored and evaluated by the donor institutions and other partners involved in the program
